Q Can pregnant women take this?
A Yes. During pregnancy, hormonal changes can alter vaginal pH and increase the risk of bacterial infections such as vaginitis. Probiotics — especially Lactobacillus strains — help suppress harmful bacteria and maintain vaginal flora balance to prevent infection. It is recommended to follow the suggested dosage of 1 capsule per day; consult an OB-GYN if you have any concerns.
